Hello everyone! How are you? It’s been a while I know!
Those of you who follow me on Instagram will know that I have just come back from a family holiday in Turkey, it was the best holiday we have ever had and has left me feeling all inspired. I have so many photos on my camera roll, that I just had to share some on the blog. I plan to print a few off to frame as I am so in love with them and know they will look fabulous dotted around the house.
We absolutely love Turkey and have been twice before this visit and previously stayed in the surrounding areas of Antalya. This time we stayed in İçmeler and spent a lot of time in Marmaris, this is now our favourite part of Turkey and we cannot wait to go back. In fact all I can think about is travelling more and making a conscious effort to save our pennies for future trips. Next year, I fancy going to Santorini for my birthday, I will be 40, cannot believe that! Have you ever been to Santorini? It looks so pretty!
I really struggle to switch off, but this holiday, I did not think about anything and it felt amazing. I was able to just live in the moment and I completely lost myself taking photos. I haven’t mentioned this before on the blog, but I have found that photography helps manage my anxiety. I really ought to write about this soon, because it might be of help to someone else.
Anyway, I will let the pictures do the talking and will catch up with you another day. It’s beautiful and sunny here in Norfolk today, maybe we brought the sunshine back with us!
